Credit Management

The Credit Management Application is a new (2023) application designed to replace an existing third party application for Wholesaler Credit Management Services to collect Accounts Receivables in a fast and efficient manner. Initially this application was designed with the single user in mind, however it became increasingly clear that the benefit to Local Company users to audit, view and sort the receivables in new ways would alleviate painful manual processes as well as automate tasks.

Research

The goal of this research is to investigate how individuals working in Accounts Receivable use AR software at Winsupply to engage with aging data on customer accounts. How do they attempt to collect money, what process do they use, and how can we ensure we are capturing all of their needs and creating a more seamless experience?

Primary Routing

This is the overview screen, which will be different depending on the user role. The two primary flows here will be for WCMS and Local Company views.

Secondary Routing

The Worklist is the heart of the application where most work will be accomplished. This worklist allows users to quickly see an expanded view of table details as well as take action on line items. Actions that they can take would be sending an email, letter, adding a note or changing the status of the account. There are additional actions and details found throughout this application.

Tertiary Routing

Now named the Activity screen, this area allows users to see what actions have been taken throughout the application to understand history of creditors, last touch date and more.
