
Credit Management
The Credit Management Application is a new (2023) application designed to replace an existing third party application for Wholesaler Credit Management Services to collect Accounts Receivables in a fast and efficient manner. Initially this application was designed with the single user in mind, however it became increasingly clear that the benefit to Local Company users to audit, view and sort the receivables in new ways would alleviate painful manual processes as well as automate tasks.

The goal of this research is to investigate how individuals working in Accounts Receivable use AR software at Winsupply to engage with aging data on customer accounts. How do they attempt to collect money, what process do they use, and how can we ensure we are capturing all of their needs and creating a more seamless experience?
