Order Number

Primary Definition:

The Order Number refers to a unique part number , catalog number or UPC which is unique per supplier catalog. This ID is used within purchasing to order the product or quantity from that manufacture. The Order Number may be the same value as catalog number but in maybe 10% of cases the manufacture has create a different ID for purchasing the item
