Our research repository is full of user interviews, moderated user tests, unmoderated user tests, and insight reports that help drive design decisions. Support Services employees can be viewers and search for specific terms to observe and understand the research conducted and its outcome/feedback.

Lyssna (Previously Usability Hub)

Conduct unmoderated usability tests to test wireframes and designs. Tests can be sent out to a randomized panel (Paid option - Winsupply logo and any private information must be hidden and/or changed to protect Winsupply and local company information) or they can be sent to internal employees/local companies.
